Easy Pricing: The calculated prices include all costs (no additional costs on site). 

Downpayment: Bookings are only finally confirmed after receipt of a downpayment of 50% of the total price.

Deposit: For groups, we charge a deposit on site when handing over the keys. The deposit will be fully refunded immediately after departure, provided that no damage has been caused to the apartment and it has been left in a tidy condition. (€400 for mountain hut feeling 1; €300 for apartment 2; €200 for apartment 3)

Minimum stay: In the high season (Christmas and New Year; February to early March) there is a minimum stay of 7 days. Arrival and departure days are Friday and Saturday respectively. (deviations possible on request)
