Cancellations:

we charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations up to 50 days ahead your arrival - after this a 100% cancellation fee is charged. 

COVID 19:

in case boarders or our region are closed or our apartment house is not allowed to host guest, of course you won't be charged any cancellation fee and will get a 100% refund of the already payed money.
