The booking will be finally confirmed after we receive your down payment of 50% of the total booking price. We kindly ask you to pay the deposit* (€ 600,- for apartment 1; € 400,- for apartment 2/3) together with your final payment at least 3 days ahead your arrival.

* (The deposit will be transfered back to your account right after your departure as long as the apartment has been left without damages and in a reasonable condition.)
